Important information - The installation of waterproof shade sails is different from HDPE sun shade material sails. Water can not pass through the material and the shade sail needs to have an adequate runoff, a fall of a minimum of 20% is required. The warranty is void if water is allowed to pool on the shade sail as this can cause damage to the shade sail and your fixing points. Fixing points need to be strong as your shade sail needs to be tension well and not flap around in the wind, if this is allowed to happen then you will put a strain on the fixing corners and this may cause damage to your shade sail and void any warranty claims.
