This type of process results in a smoother, shinier, and brighter surface finish, as well as enchanting the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel.

316 Grade Stainless Steel: Also known as "Marine Grade" as it contains Molybdenum to resist the corrosive effects of NaCI or salt in seawater. 316 Stainless Steel offers better corrosion than 304 Stainless Steel for those projects in coastal locations. Although it is not completely rust-proof the alloy is more corrosion-resistant than other common stainless steels.
